Process
How do we operate?
At Sievi Hyvinvointitilat, we always strive to build facilities that are as uncomplicated as possible, so that project monitoring is also as simple as possible. The process consists of four stages: project development and customer service, design, construction, and renting the property out.
Project development and customer service
We start by assessing the facility requirements together with the customer. The more accurate the picture we get, the better we can meet your exact needs.
Next, we find a suitable piece of land. We can either use a plot already available to us, or we can search for one together for your project.
Additionally, we offer free project planning to help you make decisions. It is much easier to start planning an entire project when you have something concrete to base it on. Plot and space usage sketches guide the design flexibly.
Design
Once a preliminary project plan has been drawn up, we sign an agreement in which we jointly determine the agreement’s content and price.
Creating an architectural design and applying for a building permit are also part of this stage.
Our designs are customer-specific, meaning that we always build designs that are tailored to the customer’s needs. This covers all the requirements, including those of the personnel.
Construction
Foundations and careful scheduling of the project.
The construction phase and transparent documentation.
Flawless and timely delivery to the customer. With a warranty.
Our warranty period includes a warranty inspection during the first and second year. Furthermore, the warranty also includes a defect list during use, so if any defects are found after commissioning, they will be fixed immediately.
Additionally, green areas come with a plant growth inspection to ensure that the areas are in good condition. If necessary, the warranty will cover any repairs required.
