Kepakoti’s Second Project with Sievi Hyvinvointitilat: A Flexible and Stress-Free Project

Kepakoti, founded in 2010, offers enhanced, 24-hour residential services for people with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. Sievi Hyvinvointitilat was delighted to continue the collaboration with Kepakoti for a second project, this time at the Jokela site in Tuusula. In December 2022, the new Kepakoti Jokela opened its doors.

Sievi Hyvinvointitilat had previously completed the Sipoo Nikkilä project in 2020, and due to the satisfaction with the collaboration, we were given the opportunity to undertake a second joint project.

It’s always easier to embark on a second project as communication is more efficient when we know each other and the needs have been pre-assessed.

“We chose Sievi Hyvinvointitilat again because they understand our needs and the needs of our clients. They know us and how best to communicate with us. We have nothing but good things to say about past projects,” summarizes Jussi Virtanen, entrepreneur.

Every project is naturally unique and includes new features; requirements change, operations evolve—and we always find new, better solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
